Appointments & Visits

Effective 18 October 2026

How to book, what to bring, and what to expect at the centre.

1. Booking

A prior appointment is required for all scans. You can book by:

Your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it to you. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.

2. What to bring

  • Your referral letter or prescription, if your doctor gave you one.
  • Previous scan reports and blood test reports from this pregnancy, and from earlier pregnancies if relevant.
  • A list of the medicines you take.

Some scans need preparation, such as a full bladder for certain early pregnancy or pelvic scans. We will tell you when we confirm your appointment.

3. Forms required by law

Before every ultrasound in pregnancy, the law requires us to complete Form F under the PCPNDT Act, which includes your declaration that you do not want to know the sex of your baby. Invasive procedures need your written consent. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete these. See PCPNDT & Registration.

4. Rescheduling and cancelling

If you cannot come, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so the slot can be given to someone else. Because we do not take advance payments, there is no cancellation charge.

If you arrive late, we will try to see you, but you may have to wait or be offered another time.

5. Charges and payment

Charges are paid at the centre. Ask us for the current charge for your scan or test when you book. We accept: cash, card and UPI.

We never ask for advance payment online. If anyone claiming to be from the centre asks you to pay in advance by UPI, link or bank transfer, please do not pay; call us on 94863 19595 instead.

6. Reports and records

Scan reports are usually explained to you at your visit. Blood and genetic test results take different times depending on the test; we will tell you when to expect them. You can ask for copies of your medical records at any time; we provide them within 72 hours.

7. Not an emergency service

The centre works by appointment and is not an emergency service. For urgent symptoms, go to the nearest hospital or call 108. See the warning signs in our Medical Disclaimer.

8. Feedback and complaints

We welcome feedback about your visit. If something went wrong, please tell us so we can put it right:
